Description
Confluent is hiring a Staff Security Risk & Compliance Program Manager - Access Management to own and evolve its internal access management program for the Confluent Cloud platform. The role leads machine and workload identity, service-to-service authentication, non-human identity, AI-agent access controls, access standards, metrics, executive reporting, and cross-functional governance across engineering, platform, identity, and GRC teams. It requires 8+ years of security program management or identity and access management experience, including at least 3 years running an enterprise- or platform-scale access program in a technology company, along with expertise in least privilege, RBAC/ABAC, JIT and privileged access management, cloud infrastructure, and access tooling.
