Description
Coupang is hiring a Staff Security Software Engineer to design and build scalable security platforms and distributed systems. The hands-on individual contributor will lead security engineering initiatives, collaborate with Security, Engineering, Infrastructure, and GRC teams, drive architecture and technical design reviews, evaluate emerging technologies and AI capabilities, and mentor engineers. The role requires at least 8 years of software engineering experience, strong distributed-systems and cloud-security expertise, and a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. The work model is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the office.
