Coupang Play is hiring a Staff Security Software Engineer to act as a security domain expert for its streaming business. The role leads security initiatives, embeds security controls across software development and infrastructure, develops secure libraries and automation, performs threat modeling and penetration testing, investigates security incidents, and mentors engineering teams. Candidates need a relevant degree or equivalent experience, strong secure software engineering skills, expertise in cryptography, authentication, authorization, network security, cloud platforms, scripting, and programming languages such as Python, Bash, Go, or Java, along with project leadership and communication abilities.
