Coupang Play is hiring a Staff Security Software Engineer to protect its streaming services and detect security vulnerabilities. The role combines hands-on secure software engineering with strategic security leadership, including secure-by-design development, threat modeling, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, incident response, security tooling, and security-policy adoption. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience, strong software and cryptography skills, cloud security expertise, scripting and programming abilities, and leadership experience. The position is full-time regular with a 12-week probation period and prioritizes applicants with a current right to work in Singapore.
