Description
Helios is hiring a Staff/Senior Distributed Systems Engineer to own and operate the distributed execution, storage, scheduling, and reliability infrastructure supporting data ingestion, document processing, search indexing, model inference, agents, and research workflows. The role focuses on mission-critical performance and reliability, including queue and workflow systems, distributed coordination, resource-aware autoscaling, CI/CD, compliance, security, observability, and cross-cloud infrastructure. It is a full-time, on-site position in the SoHo office in New York City, with employees expected to work from the office five days per week.
