Description
Helios is hiring a Staff/Senior Software Engineer, Agent Engineering to own and improve the production agent runtime powering its Proxi platform. The role focuses on stateful long-running and multi-agent workflows, tool and action infrastructure, retrieval and knowledge systems, model routing, evaluation, tracing, security, and operational control. The engineer will also advance the reasoning and memory layer built on Helios Rapid Ontology System (H.R.O.S.). This is a full-time, on-site role in the SoHo office in New York City, with five days per week in the office when not deployed with customers.
