The role involves designing customer solutions, developing proof-of-concept applications, delivering technical demonstrations, troubleshooting integrations, advising product teams, and owning project deliverables. Candidates need a STEM bachelor's degree, at least five years of customer-facing engineering experience, programming knowledge, and experience integrating RESTful APIs.
