Description
Infineon is hiring a Test Engineer for its Research & Development team to develop, debug, and maintain A93K test programs in SmarTest 7, create C++ test methods and measurement algorithms, lead silicon bring-up and characterization, and improve test coverage, robustness, and manufacturing throughput. The role also involves mixed-signal loadboard design, ATE diagnostics, yield and quality analysis, and collaboration with design, product, and applications teams. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least three years of semiconductor test development experience, and strong knowledge of Advantest 93000, SmarTest, C++ or Java, and mixed-signal measurement.
