Infineon is hiring a Senior Staff Engineer, Unit Process Engineering to lead equipment excellence, process optimization, and manufacturing reliability for backend scan-pack and AOI platforms. The role owns maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, yield and process stability, equipment qualification, ramp-up support, and continuous improvement initiatives, while collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least five years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, expertise with semiconductor equipment and quality and process-control methodologies, and proficiency with data-analysis and visualization tools.
