Description
AlphaSense is hiring a highly experienced Staff Site Reliability Engineer to architect reliability platforms, lead critical incident response, advance observability, drive AI-driven reliability automation, establish SRE practices, and mentor engineers across the global organization. The role requires 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or a similar field, including 3+ years in a Senior+ SRE role, plus experience operating production SaaS systems at scale, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, programming or scripting, networking, monitoring, observability, incident management, and full-stack troubleshooting. Compensation is $150,000-$225,000 USD, with possible equity and benefits.
