Description
Filevine is hiring a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to serve as the senior technical authority on its SRE team and strategic partner to engineering leadership. The role owns the roadmap for Observability & Alerting and Platform Infrastructure, leads cloud platform and distributed-systems reliability, drives SLIs, SLOs, capacity planning, incident response, automation, and self-service platform capabilities, and mentors engineers. The position does not participate in on-call rotation but shapes on-call strategy and culture. It requires 12+ years of relevant experience, including 6+ years in SRE and 3+ years leading complex cross-functional initiatives, along with expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, observability, Kubernetes, and Python, Go, or Bash. The role is remote or hybrid in San Francisco, New York, Chicago, or Salt Lake City, with a base salary of $240,000–$280,000 and medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees.
