Description
KEV is hiring a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to improve the reliability of its production financial software platforms. The role owns SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, incident response, postmortems, observability, automation, capacity planning, performance engineering, AI-assisted reliability operations, and coaching of other engineers. It requires 10+ years of hands-on SRE, platform engineering, or infrastructure/operations experience, familiarity with Microsoft Azure and .NET, and strong cross-functional communication. The position offers a hybrid model with three office days per week and a base salary of $150,000–$180,000.
