MongoDB is hiring a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to provide technical leadership for the operational foundations of a new platform enabling customers to build AI applications using MongoDB. The role owns reliability architecture across regions and cloud providers, sets standards for capacity planning, multi-cloud expansion, incident response, and SLO discipline, supports platform teams, mentors SRE engineers, and participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation. Candidates must be based in Bengaluru for a hybrid working model and have at least 10 years of experience with distributed systems, deep Kubernetes expertise, programming proficiency, infrastructure knowledge across AWS, GCP, or Azure, and a track record of driving architecture and mentoring engineers.
