Description
Nextiva is hiring a Senior or Staff Site Reliability Engineer for its Middleware Engineering team supporting the NCC Next AI-native platform. The onsite role is based in Bengaluru and requires working onsite four to five days per week. Responsibilities include owning middleware and cloud infrastructure reliability, supporting Kafka and vector databases, managing GCP and GKE environments, automating infrastructure, responding to production incidents, and maintaining observability and SLI/SLO practices. The role requires extensive distributed-systems experience, with Kafka, vector databases, GCP, Kubernetes, observability, automation, and Linux/database operations as core skills.
