Description
PitchBook, a Morningstar company, is hiring a Staff Software Architect for its Product organization to architect and deliver services powering the PitchBook platform. The role is highly hands-on and involves backend architecture, micro front-end patterns, cloud and microservices architecture, Domain Driven Design, and AI-native architecture work including LLM orchestration and Model Context Protocol integrations. The position requires deep software engineering experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders. It is an onsite role in a standard office setting, expected to be in the office five days a week, and offers a base salary of $235,000 to $280,000 plus a 15% target bonus and broad benefits including health coverage.
