Description
Red 6 is hiring a Staff Software Architect (Level 4) to define, implement, and evolve software architectures for its ATARS product portfolio and future platforms. The individual contributor will lead architecture across embedded software, real-time graphics, simulation, mission systems, networking, cloud, edge computing, AI/ML, and aircraft integration, while also contributing to safety-critical code, modernization, DevSecOps, and systems engineering activities. The role is based in Louisville, Colorado or Santa Monica, California, and requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of software engineering experience, aerospace or complex hardware/software systems experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
