Description
Air-tek is hiring a Staff Software Developer to architect and build scalable, high-performance systems for aviation operations, lead technical decisions and standards, drive long-term strategy, mentor engineers, and lead high-severity incident response. The role requires 10+ years of production cloud-systems experience, strong C#/.NET Core and JavaScript/TypeScript skills, microservices and distributed-systems experience, database and CI/CD knowledge, and strong systems thinking and leadership. It is based in Toronto and requires three days per week in the company office near Union Station.
