Caseware is hiring a Staff Software Developer to act as a senior individual contributor who shapes architecture and engineering standards, owns platform features, leads design reviews and RFCs, partners with QA, Product, Security, and DevOps, and mentors engineers. The role requires at least 8 years of professional software engineering experience, including 8 years with core Java, along with expertise in server-side Java, shared platforms, AWS cloud-native systems, monolithic and microservices architectures, Docker, Kubernetes, NoSQL databases, and responsible AI-assisted development.
