Zensurance is hiring a Staff Software Developer - Integration to own the design and strategy of Salesforce and connected production distributed-systems integrations. The role focuses on data architecture, high-scale integration patterns, code-based replacement of no-code solutions, CI/CD, observability, and technical leadership across engineering, IT, product, and business stakeholders. It is a remote-first position within Canada and offers a base salary of $155,000 to $180,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus and performance-based incentives.
