Ford is hiring an IC Lead for Test Infrastructure to design, build, and scale automated test infrastructure for embedded Linux, sensor and camera subsystems, OTA updates, mobile, and cloud systems. The role owns infrastructure architecture, CI/CD integration, test tooling, observability, and technical mentorship, and requires 7+ years of software development, test automation, or infrastructure engineering experience.
