The Applied AI Engineer will architect, build, and scale secure, performant backend and AI systems for a cybersecurity operations platform. Responsibilities include end-to-end feature ownership, AI agent and backend development, LLM and generative AI integration, data-flow design, real-time user experiences, API contracts, and trustworthy AI delivery. The role requires strong backend and AI experience, with experience shipping data-intensive applications at scale and owning features from architecture through production delivery. The position offers flexible work arrangements and a U.S. base salary range of $179,500–$260,000.
