Zscaler is hiring a Staff Software Development Engineer for a hybrid role in Bangalore, reporting to the Director of Engineering. The role leads ZCC feature design and hands-on C++ implementation on Linux, owns complex projects from concept through deployment, improves code quality, processes high-speed network packets, and collaborates with Quality Assurance. Candidates need foundational AI/ML knowledge, at least five years of enterprise application development with distributed systems, strong C/C++ and debugging skills, Linux/Unix knowledge, and extensive network programming experience.
