Description
BeyondTrust is hiring a Staff Software Development Engineer to own the Windows kernel enforcement layer of its Identity Security Platform. The role designs and operates kernel-mode drivers for file-system, process, thread, handle, and registry operations; manages kernel/user-mode enforcement boundaries; improves enforcement latency; extends enforcement to containers and isolation; ensures stability across Windows builds; partners with Linux and macOS teams; and mentors senior and mid-level engineers. Candidates need deep Windows kernel expertise, production kernel-mode driver development experience, at least 8 years of systems-level software engineering experience, and demonstrated AI-first development practices.
