Tekion is hiring a Staff SDET – AI Evaluation to build and own AI evaluation infrastructure for its AI Platform team. The role creates evaluation datasets, quality metrics, automated scoring pipelines, offline and online benchmarks, production monitoring, CI/CD gates, dashboards, and scalable AI/LLM-based evaluation tools. It requires 8+ years of experience in SDET, quality engineering, ML engineering, or data science, strong Python skills, and hands-on experience with LLM/ML evaluation, datasets, and responsible-AI quality practices.
