Intuit is hiring a Staff Design System Engineer to own the technical vision and strategy for the QuickBooks Design System. The role leads scalable component-library architecture, performance optimization, developer experience, accessibility, cross-functional integration, AI-augmented workflows, and technology strategy across engineering and design teams. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, extensive design-system leadership experience, and expert knowledge of React, TypeScript, Git, Figma, CSS, headless UI, accessibility, and AI solutions.
