Description
Omada Health is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to expand cardiometabolic care and physical activity experiences, with primary focus on backend work and the ability to work across the stack as needed. The role owns architecture and technical direction end to end for new member- and care team-facing products, mentors engineers, sets quality standards, and turns ambiguous product opportunities into reliable shipped systems. The position requires deep software engineering experience, Ruby on Rails, relational databases, scalable APIs, CI/CD, cloud and container tooling, DevOps understanding, and familiarity with LLM/GenAI and AI-assisted development workflows.
