Description
Qualitate is hiring a full-time Staff Software Engineer to own backend and frontend infrastructure for its AI-native primary intelligence platform. The role involves architecting and shipping APIs and data feeds, building interactive interfaces and data visualizations with TypeScript and React, managing scalable and secure infrastructure, and collaborating with product and data analytics teams. The engineer will also help define technical strategy and product roadmap, establish engineering standards, and troubleshoot complex production issues. The position requires 7+ years of software experience, strong backend and SQL skills, frontend proficiency, AI and agentic coding knowledge, and high ownership.
