Description
Commure is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to own the accounts and ledgering spine of its revenue-cycle-management platform. The role designs and operates an event-oriented financial model, including insurance ledgers, posting and adjustment engines, patient account balances, bank reconciliation, reporting, and drift detection. Responsibilities include maintaining operational and financial consistency, reconciling multiple sources of truth, scaling idempotent pipelines, operating large Postgres systems, establishing observability and incident-response practices, and mentoring senior and staff engineers. The role requires at least eight years of software experience, strong backend and database expertise, and real experience with financial systems, payments, billing, reconciliation, or ledgers.
