Qualcomm Technology Inc. is hiring a Security Engineer to join the Dragonfly AI accelerator security team. The role defines and documents security requirements, secure communication mechanisms, device identity, root-of-trust attestation, key and certificate provisioning, and factory validation for AI accelerator components. It combines security architecture, requirements development, prototyping, implementation review, automation, and validation, with responsibilities including evaluating third-party components and representing the team in customer, vendor, and standards forums. The position is based in Cork and requires a relevant bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree plus 2+ years of programming-language experience, with 7+ years of product-security or related experience preferred.
