Luxer One is hiring a Forward Deployed Agentic AI Engineer to embed with business units and independently identify, design, build, deploy, monitor, and evaluate production agentic AI systems. The role spans data integration, agent orchestration, tool use, retrieval, prompt and context engineering, evaluation, deployment, and ongoing monitoring, with a focus on measurable business ROI. The engineer will work with GMs, sales, operations, customer success, and other functional leaders, integrate with CRM, email, marketing, calendar, ERP, field management, and advertising APIs, and contribute reusable patterns to the shared AI engineering library. The position is based in Sacramento, California, with an on-site or hybrid work model, and offers a salary of $145,000–$180,000 per year.
