The role owns agent architecture, platform abstractions, evaluation and guardrails, cloud-native delivery in TypeScript/Node.js and Python, production operations, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. It requires 8+ years of production software experience, hands-on agentic-systems work, strong cloud and SQL fundamentals, and the ability to lead ambiguous initiatives without positional authority. The position is remote in the United States and pays $185,725-$264,500 USD annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and stock options.
