Archer is hiring a Staff Android Engineer to own the Android app of a mature consumer product, including new features, refinements, Play Store releases, crash triage, performance, and keeping Android in step with iOS. The role requires 7+ years of software engineering experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, solid Kotlin and Compose experience, and 0→1 product-building experience. The team also uses AI-assisted development and may offer visa sponsorship.
