HCVT is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to lead application engineering for a new Azure cloud platform supporting a multi-year modernization program. The role owns the target-state architecture, multi-tenant isolation, API and integration patterns, cloud-native application development, legacy modernization, data migration, application security, CI/CD, and engineering standards. It requires 10+ years of production application experience, expertise in C#/.NET and other modern cloud languages, and hands-on Azure PaaS development. The position offers a hybrid work model and a salary range of $150,000 to $175,000.
