Flexport is hiring a Staff Software Engineer: Applied AI to design and ship end-to-end AI agents and applications for global logistics operations, including customs compliance, document processing, and exception management. The role requires 10+ years of software engineering experience, extensive LLM experience, strong product instincts, full-stack TypeScript and Next.js capability, and the ability to work across teams and disciplines.
