Description
Accordion is hiring a Staff Software Engineer, Senior Staff Software Engineer, or Executive Director, Software Engineering for its AI Lab. The role designs and ships production agentic systems, including multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, evaluation infrastructure, and observability; establishes reusable technical patterns; makes architecture trade-off decisions; mentors engineers; and represents the Lab to client and executive stakeholders. Candidates need demonstrated production agentic-AI experience, strong Python and TypeScript/React fundamentals, and the ability to translate ambiguous client problems into shipped systems. The role is hybrid, based in a US office, and does not offer immigration sponsorship. Compensation is $200,000 to $290,000 USD annually plus bonus and benefits.
