ActiveCampaign is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for its Kraków Hub to drive technical direction, architect scalable agentic AI features, resolve platform-wide bottlenecks, champion AI-assisted development, and mentor engineers. The role requires 8+ years of software engineering experience, multi-stack production expertise in PHP and React or Ember, AI and agentic development experience, SaaS and AWS knowledge, Python, database experience, English fluency, and cross-timezone collaboration.
