Allara is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to build and scale resilient, event-driven distributed systems for its women’s health platform, including AI-powered health guidance, EMR, billing, and scheduling integrations. The role owns technical initiatives across the stack, establishes engineering standards and architectural patterns, mentors engineers, and partners with product, clinical, and data teams. It is a hybrid position based in New York City, requiring at least three days per week in the office, and offers a base salary of $201,000–$250,500 plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
