Altana is hiring a Staff Engineer to lead a small team in building AI-native products for its trade network. The role partners with product and design, works directly with customers, turns hypotheses into shipped products, owns end-to-end outcomes, and sets technical standards while mentoring engineers. Candidates should have production cloud experience, experience delivering incremental releases from proof-of-concept through production, experience with complex problems, and experience leading engineers. The role is based in one of five hub locations with hybrid work flexibility and offers a US salary range of $175,000 to $230,000 annually.
