Altimate AI is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to design and build the backend infrastructure for its AI-powered data operations platform. The role focuses on Python-based web backends, scalable APIs and microservices, cloud and container infrastructure, LLM architecture integration, graph-based data structures, and an intelligent SQL ecosystem involving query optimization, AST analysis, and data lineage. The position requires at least 10 years of experience building Python backends and infrastructure, with preferred experience in FastAPI, SQL, and SQL parsing.
