Description
Arch is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to serve as a technical leader and force multiplier across its engineering organization. The role owns complex, high-impact systems; sets technical direction for core platform systems; partners with product, design, and data teams; mentors engineers; and resolves systemic engineering challenges. Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience building and scaling web-based software products, expertise in full-stack development, distributed systems, or large-scale backend architecture, and experience influencing technical direction across teams. Most full-time roles are onsite in New York City, with Boston candidates considered for select roles.
