Description
Arlo is hiring Staff Software Engineers to build AI-native insurance products and internal platforms across underwriting, claims, premium finance, member experience, and broker operations. The role owns full-stack products and systems using React, React Native, TypeScript, Python, Postgres, and modern AI infrastructure, with responsibilities including AI workflows, document processing, retrieval and evaluation systems, and production deployment. Candidates should have strong full-stack experience, product and engineering judgment, and the ability to independently own large systems; healthcare or fintech experience and strong UI attention are preferred. Compensation is $250,000–$275,000 plus equity.
