Description
Arlo is hiring Staff Software Engineers to build AI-native insurance products and internal platforms across underwriting, claims, premium finance, member experience, and broker operations. The role owns full-stack systems using React, React Native, TypeScript, Python, Postgres, and modern AI infrastructure, from product architecture through production deployment. Candidates should have strong full-stack experience, excellent judgment in ambiguous environments, and the ability to independently own large systems; healthcare or fintech experience and strong UI attention are preferred. Compensation is $250,000–$275,000 plus equity.
