Description
Arm is hiring a Staff Software Engineer in Sophia Antipolis to join its System Solutions team and help evolve the Arm AGI CPU software ecosystem. The role focuses on developing production-quality firmware and low-level system software for next-generation Arm platforms, including software design, implementation, validation, debugging, and technical mentorship. Candidates need strong embedded software fundamentals, experience with complex system-level problems spanning firmware, hardware, and operating systems, and proficiency in Embedded C, memory management, concurrency, interrupts, low-level hardware interaction, and memory-mapped I/O. Preferred experience includes server or datacentre firmware, Trusted Firmware-A, UEFI/EDK II, OpenBMC, Linux kernel, server architecture, and firmware security.
