Axon is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for its Real Time Operations division to lead device-state, notifications, partner-integration, and mobile-app teams while designing and building highly available cloud systems for real-time crime-center applications. The role involves architecture review, code and technical design leadership, risk assessment, strategic engineering guidance, and mentoring senior engineers. It is based in the Seattle office on a hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday through Friday and remote work on Monday, and offers a base pay range of $168,750 to $270,000 USD.
