Blitzy is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to own high-leverage technical work across its backend platform, infrastructure, and AI product surface. Reporting to the CTO, the role involves setting architecture and technical roadmaps, writing and reviewing production code, using generative AI, resolving complex issues, improving the software development lifecycle, mentoring engineers, and driving scalable enterprise systems. The position requires 8+ years of software engineering experience, including Python, Terraform, AWS, cloud platforms, APIs, databases, CI/CD, microservices, and enterprise-grade application development.
