The role involves building and scaling payment systems, engaging in full-stack development with React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and serverless infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional teams, taking ownership of projects, communicating with stakeholders, and adapting to rapid changes in a dynamic startup environment.
