Cashea is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for its Users Vertical to design and operate high-performance, distributed systems supporting user onboarding, identity verification, fraud prevention, and core user services. The role owns architecture and resilience under extreme concurrent load, leads integrations with third-party KYC, biometrics, and fraud providers, establishes development standards, and mentors senior engineers. It requires strong backend experience with Node.js and NestJS or equivalent high-performance technologies, distributed systems expertise, asynchronous event architecture, and Spanish and English proficiency.
