Description
Commure is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to own its data warehouse platform end-to-end. The role covers CDC pipelines, streaming transport, schema governance, query and serving layers, analytics tooling, data lakes, orchestration, CI/CD, observability, data quality, and HIPAA/SOC 2 compliance. The engineer will make architectural decisions, write production code, and establish patterns for product and analytics teams. The role requires at least six years of software engineering experience, significant experience building or operating data platforms at scale, and expertise across the modern data stack including Debezium, Kafka or Redpanda, data lake formats, MPP or lakehouse engines, and dbt.
