CoreWeave is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to own the design, development, and long-term health of software that automates and operates its GPU network. The role focuses on production software, technical direction, architecture decisions, Python and Go development, CI/CD, service reliability, workflow and device-provisioning automation, observability, on-call support, and mentoring. Candidates need at least eight years of professional software engineering experience, strong Python and Go skills, networking fundamentals, and experience with Linux, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, and enterprise service management. The base salary is PLN 369,000–PLN 493,000, with medical, dental, pension, life assurance, critical illness, and other benefits.
