Distribusion is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for its Offers team to lead the architectural transition of its core Search Engine from Elixir to Go and design high-throughput microservices infrastructure. The role owns the technical backlog, coordinates cross-functional work, resolves technical bottlenecks, guides technology adoption and agile processes, and mentors peers in Go best practices. Candidates need 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in Golang, along with distributed systems, microservices, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, GCP, and cross-functional leadership expertise.
